Home Defense Fundamentals

Empowered Protection for Your Loved Ones and Chosen Family

When your home is your sanctuary, keeping it secure is about more than locks and alarms — it’s about protecting the people you care about most. Whether you live alone, with a partner, roommates, or chosen family, you deserve to feel safe in your space — and ready to act with confidence if danger comes to your door.

This course goes beyond the basics of firearm safety to help you build a comprehensive, legally sound, and realistic home defense plan. Taught in a supportive, inclusive environment, this class centers preparedness, protection, and community care — because self-defense isn’t about fear, it’s about love and responsibility.

What You’ll Learn

Prepare

You’ll learn how to create a defense plan tailored to your home and your lifestyle — from securing entry points to setting up safe zones. This means thinking through real-world scenarios and choosing strategies that align with your values, abilities, and household needs.

Protect

Defending your space requires more than owning a firearm. We’ll explore layered defense techniques, family safety protocols, and the vital importance of early detection, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Prevail

When seconds matter, having a practiced plan can make all the difference. You’ll build the mental and physical readiness to respond under stress — and learn what to expect legally, emotionally, and logistically in the aftermath of a defensive encounter.
